*I do not duplicate work. We all have that light and sparkle that makes us different from the next caker. Trust me to provide you my best interpretation of your vision. We bring ideas to life by taking care of your dessert cravings, leaving you with eternal memories!

*We will happily hold your event/delivery date once we receive your retainer which is 50% or payment in full

*A quote is an approximation & is subject to change. All quotes have a 48hr expiration time unless other details have been discussed.

*NO DATE IS SECURED & work will not begin until retainer/payment has been received

*Invoices will be sent out when customer is ready to make payment

* PAYMENTS AS OF January 2024 CAN ONLY BE MADE THROUGH THE INVOICE, CASH, CASH APP PAY, and MILESTONES

*RETAINER is NON-REFUNDABLE

*IF A RETAINER HAS BEEN RECIEVED by Eternal Delights, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*All remaining balances, if not paid in full at time invoice is sent out, will be due no later than the Monday prior to your event

*Rush orders are orders placed 7 days or less from your event/ delivery date. There will be an additional $75 applied in addition to the purchase price

*TIPS are happily and thankfully accepted. There is also a space on the invoice as well.

                                                                      Refunds

*If given CREATIVE CONTROL, NO refunds will be issued

*In special cases, if requesting a refund, a credit only will be given valid for 1yr. To be considered for the credit, 90% of the product must be returned within 24hrs of event untouched or pictures submitted. It will be inspected to verify if a credit is necessary.

                                                                 Cancellations

*Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 48hrs, unless other details have been discussed

*If a client needs to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, notice must be given no later than 3 days prior to delivery date. The retainer will not be refunded, and there will be no balance due.

                                                                Pick Up/Drop-off

*If you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up the cake and/or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Eternal Delights, LLC possession

*We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s) and/or desserts. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. 

*On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you

                                                                      Allergies

*Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
